Media
"And
great multitudes were gathered together unto Him, so that He went
into a ship, and sat; and the whole multitude stood on the shore.
And He spoke many things to them in parables…"
In
the 13th chapter of the book of Matthew, Jesus wanted a large number
of people to hear him. He used the slope of the shore and the properties
of the water to carry His voice so that the gathered crowd could
hear His message. Jesus showed us that HEARING the
Word is important. Today we use sound systems.
In
our technologically advanced and visually oriented society, media plays an
increasingly vital role in our church's worship services
and events. KFBC's Media Team is a group of trained technicians
who are sensitive to the worship experience aspects and the moving
of the Holy Spirit. Through their God-given talents, they
-
keep the congregation informed through announcements, publications
and our website
- magnify
the powerful worship and praise led by the worship team
- assist
the congregation by displaying the lyrics of songs
- ensure
that every word from God's messenger is heard
-
stir the emotions through compelling video and still images
Are
you technically inclined and interested in helping facilitate
worship at KFBC? Volunteers serve during
each service and even more are needed during special events. We
provide special sessions to train you in the areas of church
sound and projection. If you're interested in becoming a part of this ministry
please contact the church office.
